Welcome to Council for the West

The Council for the West is an independent, non-profit organisation of voluntary
non-remunerated persons comprising representation of the main churches,
businesses and community activists.

The Council for the West highlights and creates awareness of the major social and
economic issues affecting development in the counties of Donegal, Leitrim, Sligo,
Roscommon, Mayo, Galway and Clare.
